♙Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, recovery information, wallet keys and devices used to access ORBAIC services.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering, completing verification or communicating with ORBAIC.

You must notify ORBAIC promptly if you believe your account, wallet, device or credentials have been compromised.

✓Permitted use

You agree to use ORBAIC services lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these Terms, applicable programme rules and all relevant local, national and international laws.

You must not:

• create false, misleading or duplicate accounts;
• use bots, scripts, emulators or unauthorised automation to manipulate participation;
• attempt to bypass security, verification, eligibility or geographic restrictions;
• interfere with the operation of ORBAIC systems, nodes, applications or networks;
• upload malware, harmful code or unlawful content;
• impersonate ORBAIC, its team, partners or another user;
• use ORBAIC services for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity.

18Age and legal capacity

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

⚖Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the ORBAIC operating entity responsible for the relevant service, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of ORBAIC services is permitted in their own jurisdiction.

◇Dispute resolution

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact ORBAIC and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution process having lawful jurisdiction over the applicable ORBAIC operating entity and service.

§Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
